Why do we need a oil clean system?
Oils contamination(dirt, wear particles, etc.) shortens component life due to increase abrasive wear systems have increased operating pressures and closer valve tolerances which requires the best in turbine oil services.
Water contamination is a serious issue in all lube systems that will cause short and long-term failures of components and reduction in the life of the lubricant. ASSEN has the professional service equipment to clean system of water contaminates. The way water co-exists in oil is essentially the same as it co-exists in the atmosphere. It starts off in the dissolved phase- a molecule that is dispersed throughout the oil. Just like water exist in the air, it is not visible in the oil, which may appear clear and bright. However, once the saturation point is exceeded, water is usually present in the emulsified phase, creating a milky or misty appearance in the oil, just like the moist air in a cool day. Free water will be collected when sufficient water is present, or when the oil has sufficient demulsibility. Because the water is typically heavier than oil, it settles under the oil, at the bottom of oil tank and oil pocket.
TY Turbine Oil Recycling system plant which is used to treat unqualified turbine oils, especially turbine oils that are heavily emulsified. TY machine can quickly and effectively remove water, gas and impurities, and is designed to meet the characteristics of high oil content, easy emulsification and high impurity content of the turbine oil, so that the oil can recover the properties of the new oil.
